ORIGINS
Our Story
Broma was founded out of a clear frustration with how traditional construction and engineering projects were managed; too often plagued by communication breakdowns, cost drift, and uncoordinated handovers.
We saw organisations bogged down by reactive problem-solving and fragmented teams, where accountability was spread too thin across multiple disconnected contractors.
This inspired our systems-based approach. We wanted to build a firm where structure, rigorous governance, and technical mastery replace ambiguity, ensuring projects move forward without friction.

With a background in mechanical engineering, Brendan has spent nearly a decade leading complex data centre construction projects at scale across Europe. Known for being process-driven and passionate about systemisation, he brings structure, rigour and technical depth to every project he leads.

Rob Mulcahy
THREE YEARS DELIVERING DATA CENTRE PROJECTS ACROSS NORTHERN EUROPE
With a background in electronic engineering, Rob has spent the past three years leading hyperscale data centre projects across Scandinavia. He brings a practical, detail-focused approach to complex site operations, managing projects from installation through to handover with calm, effective problem-solving under pressure. His process-driven mindset and stakeholder-focused approach makes him a great asset to the team.

Valentina Puotkalyte
SPECIALIST IN MARKETING, BRAND IDENTITY AND VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS
Valentina leads Broma’s brand identity, social media and communications, making sure the company presents itself consistently across all channels. She turns complex data centre construction work into clear, engaging content for clients, partners and the wider industry. She also manages company events and oversees day-to-day office operations, which keeps the business running efficiently behind the scenes so that project teams can focus on delivery

Yousef Alzabn
EXPERIENCE ACROSS MANUFACTURING, AUTOMATION AND PROJECT ENGINEERING
With a background in mechanical engineering and a major in facilities, Yousef bring experience across manufacturing, automation, design and project engineering. Having worked on projects from concept through to delivery, he combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach. His attention to detail, collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement make him a valuable addition to the team.

With extensive experience in document retrieval, revision tracking, and approval chasing, Darla plays a key role in keeping project dogumentation organised. Known for her exceptional attention to de-tail and her ability to sniff out missing information, she helps ensure every file is accounted for and ready for final approval.
