Engineering Project Management & Advisory Services

We deliver data centre and industrial projects from blueprint to handover, specialising in setup, audits, and schedule recovery.

OUR SERVICES

Core Capabilities

Every project has distinct demands. Our three specialised services are designed to step in precisely where you need us most.

01

Broma Project
Setup

For projects that are getting started.

What is this service?
A foundational phase to build the right structure before execution begins.

Broma Project Setup

  • What the service is: A foundational phase to build the right structure before execution begins.

  • When Broma gets involved: At the earliest planning stages, before ground is broken or major contracts are finalised.

  • What is included:

    • Establishing clear project governance and communication channels.

    • Setting up robust tracking systems and documentation standards.

    • Defining roles, responsibilities, and team structures.

  • How it helps: It establishes the exact systems, processes, and alignment needed to prevent costly friction later in the build.

Broma Project Health Audit

  • What the service is: A diagnostic review to assess current performance and uncover hidden risks.

  • When Broma gets involved: Midway through a build when performance feels uncertain, or ahead of a major project milestone to verify everything is on track.

  • What the audit looks at:

    • Identifying hidden risks, process bottlenecks, and operational gaps.

    • Reviewing existing workflows, schedules, and project documentation.

    • Highlighting immediate opportunities for efficiency and alignment.

  • How it helps: It provides absolute clarity on project status, uncovering hidden risks and inefficiencies before they impact the schedule or budget.

Broma Project Recovery & Advisory

  • What the service is: Hands-on intervention and advisory to steer distressed projects back on track.

  • When Broma gets involved: As soon as warning signs appear, such as mounting delays, budget drift, or team friction, to intervene before the project stalls entirely.

  • How we tackle it:

    • Pinpointing the root causes behind delays or budget drift.

    • Rigorously reviewing the programme, internal processes, and team responsibilities.

    • Implementing practical corrective actions and accountability systems.

  • How it helps: Helps the project regain control, rebuild momentum, and move forward with confidence.

THE LIFECYCLE

Built in parallel, connected across the lifecycle

Rather than treating each phase as an isolated silo, every department runs in sync to eliminate gaps from day one. At Broma, we use the Swim Lane Approach. This is how we structure complex projects.

PRODUCTION

Every department has its own lane — HSE, Design, Commercial, Scheduling, Logistics, QAQC, QCx, Production and Handover.

Each one runs in parallel, with clearly defined responsibilities across the Beginning, Middle and End of a project.

The idea is simple: clear ownership, clear interfaces and no ambiguity about who is responsible for what.

For a large-scale data centre project, the risk is often organisational. Things can fall between the gaps when nobody owns the gap.

Our Swim Lane structure is designed to close those gaps before they open.
